Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for returns and refunds

     To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 2 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • For online exchanges, please note that slight color variations may occur due to differences in screen settings and lighting. These variations do not qualify as a valid reason for an exchange.

Non-returnable items

  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Sale items or products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds.

How to initiate a return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide details: In your request, please include your order number and a clear reason for the return. If the item is damaged or defective, please include photos.
  3. Receive instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, send you a return shipping label and further instructions.

Return shipping costs

  • Customer responsibility: The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item sent).
  • Shipping fee refunds: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Refund process

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Delays: Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

  • For ready-made items: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you need a different size, please follow the return process for your original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or defective items

  • Immediate contact: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at our Whatsapp with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • Resolution: We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover all associated return shipping costs.

Order cancellations

  • You may cancel an order at any time before it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
  • If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process upon receipt.
