Eligibility for returns and refunds
   To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The request must be made within 2 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
- For online exchanges, please note that slight color variations may occur due to differences in screen settings and lighting. These variations do not qualify as a valid reason for an exchange.
Non-returnable items
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Sale items or products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds.
How to initiate a return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Return shipping costs
- Customer responsibility:Â The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item sent).
- Shipping fee refunds:Â Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
Refund process
- Inspection:Â Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Delays:Â Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
- For ready-made items:Â Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you need a different size, please follow the return process for your original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or defective items
- Immediate contact: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at our Whatsapp with your order number and photos of the issue.
- Resolution:Â We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover all associated return shipping costs.
Order cancellations
- You may cancel an order at any time before it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
- If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process upon receipt.
